Delivery Methods

We work on the condition of full prepayment. Orders are shipped only after 100% of the cost of the goods is actually credited to our bank account (using IBAN details).

Order shipping schedule: every Tuesday and every Thursday

If your payment is received by 12:00 on the day of shipment (Tuesday or Thursday), we ship the goods on the same day.

Orders paid after 12:00 or on other days are automatically transferred to the next scheduled shipment day.

If urgent shipment outside of the schedule is required, please contact our manager to arrange this option individually.

Nova Post

Delivery to "Nova Post" company branches

  • Delivery is carried out to "Nova Post" branches throughout Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories).
  • The cost of delivery is determined in accordance with the carrier's current tariffs.
  • The estimated delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days.
  • After shipment, the consignment note number is sent to the buyer by SMS or e-mail.

Addressed delivery by courier of the company "Nova Post"

  • Addressed delivery is carried out by courier of the company "Nova Post" at the address specified by the buyer to the door throughout the territory of Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories).
  • The cost of delivery is determined in accordance with the current tariffs of the carrier.
  • The estimated delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days.
