Payment and delivery

Payment methods

We operate on a 100% prepayment basis. Payment is made to our company's settlement account after order confirmation.

How the payment process works:

You place an order on the website.
Our manager contacts you to confirm stock availability and arrange details.
The manager sends you a proforma invoice with your order number.
You make the payment via your bank's app (using IBAN details) or at any bank branch in Ukraine, specifying the invoice number in the payment reference.
After the 100% payment amount is actually credited to our bank account, the order is transferred to the warehouse for shipment according to the schedule.

Order shipping schedule: every Tuesday and every Thursday

If your payment is received by 12:00 on the day of shipment (Tuesday or Thursday), we ship the goods on the same day.

Orders paid after 12:00 or on other days are automatically transferred to the next scheduled shipment day.

If urgent shipment outside of the schedule is required, please contact our manager to arrange this option individually.

We deliver products using the following delivery services (carriers):

Delivery is carried out to "Nova poshta" branches throughout Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories).
The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer directly to the carrier in accordance with its current rates.
The estimated delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days.
After shipment, the consignment note number is sent to the buyer by SMS or e-mail.

Addressed delivery is carried out by courier of the company "Nova poshta" at the address specified by the buyer to the door throughout the territory of Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories).
The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer directly to the carrier in accordance with its current rates.
The estimated delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days.

The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer directly to the carrier in accordance with its current rates.
